Job summary

Darwin Brasserie in London is hiring a Prep Chef to join the team. Daytime hours 7am–3pm support the kitchen with prep, mise en place, and high-quality ingredients.

You’ll work closely with chefs to maintain safety standards, keep a clean station, and help minimise waste while delivering outstanding dishes for a renowned venue.
