Responsabilidades

• Preparing fresh ingredients and completing daily mise en place to a high standard.
• Supporting chefs across the kitchen with food preparation and production.
• Ensuring all food is prepared, stored, and labelled in line with food safety standards.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient working environment.
• Assisting with stock rotation and helping to minimise food waste.
