Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a Prep Chef for Darwin Brasserie at Sky Garden in London. The role runs daytime hours, 7am–3pm, with responsibilities across ingredient prep and kitchen support to ensure high-quality dishes and smooth service.

You will prepare mise en place, assist with food production, and help maintain safety, cleanliness, and organisation in a fast-paced environment. A passion for fresh ingredients and teamwork is essential.

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role.

Responsibilities

• Preparing fresh ingredients and completing daily mise en place to a high standard.
• Supporting chefs across the kitchen with food preparation and production.
• Ensuring all food is prepared, stored, and labelled in line with food safety standards.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient working environment.
• Assisting with stock rotation and helping to minimise food waste.
