Job summary

The Salad Project in London is hiring Back of House Team Members to prepare fresh produce and help assemble salads, while upholding 5* hygiene standards. You’ll play a key role in ensuring there is enough food for service periods and report to the Kitchen Manager.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen or casual dining preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to hygiene and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh produce and help build salads.
• Follow hygiene regulations to maintain 5* standards.
• Ensure adequate hot and cold food for service periods.
• Support the Kitchen Manager and relay feedback.
• Assist in preparing and cooking daily deliveries of fresh food.
• Assist senior chefs in opening or closing the kitchen.
