Qualifications

• Ideally, 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh produce and help make everything needed for salad.
• Follow hygiene regulations to maintain 5* hygiene standards.
• Ensure there is sufficient food for key service periods.
• Assist in preparing and cooking daily deliveries of fresh food.
• Assist senior chefs in opening or closing the kitchen.
