Job summary

Axi is seeking a Premium Client Manager to drive growth and service for high‑value UK clients and selected international accounts. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Compliance to deliver a best‑in‑class trading experience.

In this hybrid London role, you’ll manage a high‑touch client portfolio, identify retention opportunities and grow revenue while upholding regulatory standards and firm risk controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in a Premium Client Manager, Relationship Manager or similar client-facing role within FCA-regulated trading.
• Proven ability to manage high‑value or VIP trading clients and retain relationships.
• Strong understanding of UK CFD/financial spread betting markets and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and client-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with premium UK clients and select international accounts.
• Manage a portfolio to deliver proactive, personalised support and retention.
• Coordinate with internal teams to provide timely, compliant client service.
• Identify commercial opportunities through networking, referrals and partnerships.
• Maintain a robust client pipeline and use CRM for follow-ups.
• Represent Axi at industry events and client meetings with professionalism.
• Ensure all client interactions comply with FCA rules and company policies.
