Job summary

ALT21 in London is seeking a Client Services Executive to manage the operational relationship between our clients and our internal Sales, Partnerships, Compliance, Payments, Trading and Operations teams. You will guide clients from registration and onboarding through to their first payment and trade, acting as the first point of contact for routine queries and coordinating with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational relationship between clients and internal teams (Sales, Partnerships, Compliance, Payments, Trading and Operations).
• Help clients progress from registration and onboarding through to their first payment and trade.
• Act as the first point of contact for routine client, payment and onboarding queries.
• Assist the client journey from registration through KYC approval, platform setup and first trade.
• Contact and follow up with new inbound clients promptly.
• Coordinate routine client reporting and operational requests.
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM.
• Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Trading, Compliance and Operations to ensure nothing falls through the gaps.

• We are looking for a Client Services Executive to manage the operational relationship between our clients and our internal Sales, Partnerships, Compliance, Payments, Trading and Operations teams
• The successful candidate will help clients progress smoothly from registration and onboarding through to their first payment and trade. They will also act as the first point of contact for routine client, payment and onboarding queries
• Assist the client journey from registration through KYC approval, platform setup and first trade
• Contact and follow up with new inbound clients promptly
• Act as the link between clients, partners and the KYC/Compliance team
• Keep clients and partners informed about onboarding progress
• Handle routine payment and settlement queries, escalating where necessary
• Provide basic platform demonstrations and refresher sessions
• Re-engage approved or dormant clients who have not started trading
• Coordinate routine client reporting and operational requests
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM
• Work closely with Sales, Partnerships, Trading, Compliance and Operations to ensure nothing falls through the gaps
