Job summary

Fortnum & Mason is seeking a Sales Associate (Tills) on a 12-month fixed-term contract for our Ground Floor team. You will deliver warm, professional service, process transactions accurately, and support daily operations in a fast-paced, high-end retail environment.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and can handle multiple payment methods with precision. This role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service at the tills.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash, card, gift card and international payments.
• Promote additional sales opportunities and services.
• Assist with busy periods and queue management.
• Maintain presentation in till area and collaborate with Ground Floor teams.
• Follow cash handling, loss prevention, and safety policies.
