Job summary

Stellar is recruiting a part-time Therabody Sales Advisor for John Lewis in Glasgow. You will deliver exceptional customer service, demonstrate products, build rapport, and convert interest into sales while aiming at individual and team targets.

We offer:

• Hourly rate - £14.85 plus commission
• 3 days contract
• 20 or 21 hrs per week ( depends on the day)

This role is pivotal in bringing the customer experience to life and we are looking for enthusiastic, passionate Sales Specialists who can represent Stellar and our client, Therabody to lead the way with delivering exceptional customer service.

What experience you’ll need to be successful:

• Prior experience in a premium customer service environment
• The ability to convert sales and achieve KPIs
• Previous experience working in a premium retail environment would be advantageous
• Studying / Achieved sports qualifications would be advantageous
• Passionate about fitness and/or wellness
• Ability to work independently where required
• Someone who is customer oriented and takes a consultative approach to selling
• A team-player who loves sharing their passion with others
• Ambition and openness to learn and develop your own skill set
• Excellent communication skills
