Job summary

Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club and Sodexo Live! are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our culinary team at the 1901 Club.

You will support delivery of premium hospitality and event catering on matchdays and non-matchdays, leading kitchen teams and contributing to menu development with fresh ingredients. Qualifications

Previous experience as a Sous Chef within fresh food environments.
Strong leadership and ability to manage kitchen teams.
Food Safety Level 2 required.

Responsibilities

Support planning, preparation and delivery of premium hospitality and event menus.
Produce high-quality dishes using fresh ingredients and creative presentation.
Supervise and motivate chefs and kitchen teams during service.
Assist with menu planning, development and cost control.
Support stock management, ordering and inventory control.
Ensure exceptional Food Safety, Health & Safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the food offer and guest experience.
Work across matchdays, conferences, private events and corporate hospitality functions.
