Job summary

Sodexo Live! is staffing premium hospitality suites for a leading football stadium in Brighton and Hove for the 2026/27 season. We’re seeking an experienced Team Leader to supervise a small team, delivering guest-focused service in a fast-paced, food-led environment.

The role involves leading by example on matchdays and non-matchdays, ensuring exceptional presentation and seamless service with senior management collaboration. Availability across most fixtures is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality, ideally premium or food-led environments.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong attention to detail and high personal presentation standards.
• Confident leading and motivating a small team in a fast-paced setting.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding, personalised customer service.
• Availability to commit to the majority of matches throughout the season (fixtures released in June) which start in September 2026.

Responsibilities

• Present the award-winning food to guests at the table.
• Welcoming guests and taking orders.
• Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience.
• Serving guests in a friendly, welcoming and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Help answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage choices and related items.
