Job summary

Sodexo Live! is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join the team at Brighton & Hove FC for the 2026/27 season.

You will manage a designated kitchen section, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and service during matchdays, conferences and premium events. Ideal candidates will have experience as a Chef de Partie or similar, thrive in fast-paced hospitality environments, and be committed to food safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a Chef de Partie or similar kitchen role
• Experience working within fast-paced hospitality, catering, or event environments
• Passion for food quality and presentation
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work calmly under pressure during busy services
• Good understanding of food safety and allergen procedures
• Reliable, flexible, and professional approach to work
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and develop

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present food to company and venue standards
• Take responsibility for a designated kitchen section during service
• Ensure all dishes are prepared consistently and within required service times
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness
• Follow all allergen and food safety procedures correctly
• Ensure temperature checks and due diligence records are completed accurately
• Work closely with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams during service
• Follow all company health & safety procedures and standards
• Remain organised and efficient during busy service periods
