Job summary

Sodexo Live! is hiring Hospitality Staff to join the team at Brighton & Hove Albion FC for the 2025/26 season. Roles include Bar Staff, Food Runners and Plate Waiters in bustling stadium hospitality areas, with opportunities to work on matchdays and non-matchdays.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, customer focus and a positive, hands-on attitude. The role offers shifts including evenings and weekends in a fast, innovative catering facility at the stadium.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of bar staff, ensuring briefing, motivation and delivery of great service.
• Support Bar Manager in running the bar efficiently during busy matchdays and events.
• Serve customers and lead by example with product knowledge and service standards.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with deliveries and ensure proper storage/handling.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and health & safety behind the bar.
• Handle customer queries or complaints professionally.

We currently have an opportunity for Hospitality Staff to join our team at Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club.

This opportunity will be to join the team for the 2025/26 Football Season. With the opportunity to work at Matchdays and Non matchdays, this is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative catering facility. The hospitality areas require Bar Staff, Food Runners and Plate Waiters to work in the bustling, friendly hospitality areas within the stadium.

We are looking for outstanding customer focused individuals to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression. Ideally you will have worked within the hospitality sector previously and have a good foundation and knowledge of customer service.

What you'll do

• Supervising a team of bar staff, ensuring they’re briefed, motivated, and ready to deliver great service.

• Supporting the Bar Manager in running the bar efficiently during busy matchdays and events.
