Sodexo Live! is recruiting Bar Staff to join the Hospitality team at Brighton & Hove Albion FC, working within our vibrant stadium environment. This role spans matchdays and non-match days during the 2026/27 season, offering fast-paced, guest-facing opportunities in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality is required.

Responsibilities

• Handling, preparing and ferrying alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Presenting award-winning food to guests at the table.
• Welcoming guests and taking orders.
• Care about customer satisfaction and deliver optimal client service.
• Serving guests in a friendly, welcoming and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Help answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage choices.

This opportunity will be to join the team for the 2026/27 Football Season. With the opportunity to work at Matchdays and Non matchdays, this is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative catering facility. The hospitality areas require Bar Staff, Food Runners and Plate Waiters to work in the bustling, friendly hospitality areas within the stadium.

What you'll do
