Job summary

Castore is seeking a Sales Associate to be part of a premium brand team in our stores. You will inform customers about products, drive service quality, and contribute to achieving daily targets.

Two 8-hour per-week positions on temporary contracts are available. You will greet customers, act as a Castore ambassador, and provide excellent service while handling transactions and stock replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and serving customers as they enter the store.
• Act as ambassador for the Castore brand.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Advise and assist customers.
• Handle complaints or escalate to the manager on duty.
• Process customer transactions.
• Replenish stock on shelves.
• Assist with store deliveries.
• Replenishment of the store.
• Monitor and report on KPIs like in-store orders and e-receipts.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and add-on sales.
