Your role is to inform customers about Castore products and drive the service and selling experience in-store. Responsabilidades

• Greet and serve customers as they enter the store.
• Act as an ambassador for Castore brand.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Advise and assist customers with product selection.
• Handle complaints or escalate to the manager on duty.
• Process customer transactions.
• Replenish stock on shelves.
• Assist with store deliveries and stock replenishment.
• Monitor KPIs and report on store performance (e.g., orders in store, e-receipts).
• Identify opportunities for upselling and add-on sales.
