Castore, a premium sportwear brand, is seeking a Sales Associate for our Falkirk store on a 12-hours per week contract (and a 4-hour per week temporary position). You will join a hard-working team, work with premium products and help achieve daily sales targets.

You will inform customers about our Castore experience, deliver exceptional service, handle transactions, replenish stock, assist with store deliveries and monitor KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales-targeted environment or retail setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work well in a team or independently.

Responsabilités

• Greet and serve customers as they enter the store.
• Represent the Castore brand and deliver excellent customer service.
