Job summary

IMG in London is seeking a Premium Sales Manager – EMEA to drive revenue through premium hospitality packages and ticket-inclusive experiences for the LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games, across defined EMEA markets.

You will close deals, manage a high-volume pipeline across time zones, and partner with global leadership to align pricing, inventory, and delivery. This is a high-visibility, results-driven role requiring a disciplined closer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 3–5+ years closing experience in sales, preferably in sports or live events.
• Proven inbound/outbound sales success to senior decision-makers.
• Strong CRM proficiency and pipeline discipline.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Close premium hospitality and ticket-inclusive experiences for LA28 across EMEA.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets via inbound and outbound efforts.
