Job summary

Zachary Daniels is seeking a Supervisor for a premium retail store. You’ll be hands-on in daily store operations, supporting and inspiring the team, and creating a welcoming space that customers genuinely enjoy spending time in.

You’ll lead with a confident, approachable style, drive sales and KPIs, and ensure the brand’s image and standards are reflected in every customer interaction. This is a design-led, premium environment where attention to detail and customer experience are paramount.

Responsibilities

• Motivating, supporting, and developing a strong, engaged team.
• Deliver a high level of personalised customer service while ensuring the brand's image, values, and standards are consistently reflected.
• Drive the team towards sales, KPI, and profitability goals, proactively identifying ways to improve performance and maximise opportunities.
• Ensure the store maintains excellent standards in visual merchandising, overall presentation, and daily operations.
• Oversee stock control, staff scheduling, health and safety requirements, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Act as a confident ambassador for the brand, representing its identity, values, and customer experience at all times.
