Job summary

Zachary Daniels is seeking a Sales Advisor for a premium retail brand in Stratford. You will engage customers with a warm, personalised service and use product knowledge to guide purchases in a fast-paced store.

We’re looking for energy, resilience and a confident sales mindset to drive conversions, maintain presentation and support stock and deliveries. A competitive salary up to £26,000 plus bonus and benefits is offered, with training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality or another service-led sales environment.
• Confidence approaching customers and building relationships quickly.
• A strong commercial mindset with the drive to achieve targets.
• Energy, resilience and the ability to thrive within a busy store.
• An interest in premium products, design, interiors or lifestyle retail would be an advantage, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers confidently and deliver a warm, personalised service.
• Build strong product knowledge and guide customers through their purchases.
• Drive sales, conversion, ATV and individual KPIs in a high-footfall store.
• Maintain excellent product presentation and visual standards.
• Support with stock, deliveries and the smooth day-to-day running of the store.
