Qualifications

• Experience as Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Department Manager (min 24 months)
• Strong people leadership skills with ability to build high-performing teams
• Excellent commercial acumen and ability to drive store profitability
• Customer-first mindset with passion for retail and team development

Responsibilities
