Job summary

H&C Solutions is seeking a charismatic Restaurant Manager to lead a premium Scottish dining concept blending Japanese and Chinese influences. The role focuses on delivering exceptional hospitality in an open kitchen, chef counter and private dining setting, with a strong face-of-operations presence.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in premium Japanese/Chinese or high-end Asian restaurants is preferred.
• Experience in luxury or premium hospitality environments is desirable.
• Hands-on manager with excellent guest engagement, leadership and organisational skills.
• Ability to combine exceptional service standards with a lively restaurant atmosphere.
