Ruth Wagstaff Recruitment Ltd in Manchester is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a premium dining venue. This hands-on role places you on the floor, leading service, onboarding and training while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You will recruit, coach and develop a strong front-of-house team, partner with the General Manager and kitchen, manage bookings and events, and drive labour efficiency and KPI performance to uphold the brand’s high standards.

Formación

• Premium restaurant experience on a leadership level.
• Proven track record of leading busy restaurant teams.
• Passion for food, wine and hospitality.
• Strong coaching and people development skills.
• Commercial awareness including labour and KPI focus.

Responsabilidades

• Own and lead restaurant operations during service from the floor.
• Drive service standards and guest experience.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop a strong management and FOH team.
• Collaborate with GM and kitchen to create a joined-up operation.
• Support labour control, commercial performance and KPIs.
