Leightons Opticians & Hearing Care in Cirencester is seeking an Optical & Hearing Assistant. You will be the first friendly face, guiding customers through a tailored experience and helping them choose designer eyewear and hearing care solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, e.g. retail or hospitality.
• A passion for helping customers look and feel their best.
• Prepared to travel to a centre of excellence for a 4–6 week induction.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver a tailored eyewear/hearing care experience.
• Assist customers in selecting designer eyewear and hearing care solutions.
• Receive full training and support from the team to deliver informed service.
