Leightons in Cirencester is seeking an Optical & Hearing Assistant to greet customers, guide them through a tailored experience and support the team with high-quality optical and audiology care. The role is full-time, 5 days a week with a rotating schedule: Week 1 Mon Tue Thu Fri Sat, Week 2 Mon Tue Wed Thu Sat.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering excellent customer service in retail or hospitality.
• Polished professional and friendly approach.
• Willingness to travel for induction (4–6 weeks).
