Job summary

Peopleforge in Rochdale, near Manchester, is seeking a New Car Sales Executive (BMW) to drive the sale of new BMW vehicles and manage the full purchasing journey. You’ll work an average 40-hour week across a two-week rotating shift, with extensive manufacturer training, career progression and generous OTE potential (£52,000–£80,000+), plus a Company Car.

Experience in franchised dealership environments is preferred; BMW prestige experience is not essential, but strong sales and customer service

Responsibilities

• Sell new BMW vehicles and manage enquiries through handover.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Discuss specifications, finance and additional products.
• Manage pipeline, appointments and follow-ups.
• Achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
• Develop repeat and referral business.
