Job summary

Sytner BMW Newport is hiring a Sales Executive to be the main contact for customers on their car-buying journey. You will combine customer service with sales skills to meet needs and deliver exceptional service, including weekend patterns as part of a flexible schedule.

You will earn a £20,000 base salary with a realistic OTE of £50,000, plus a company car and access to subsidised car purchase schemes, MOT/servicing discounts and other staff benefits. A valid UK driving licence is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales background preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to understand their needs during the car buying journey.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers to ensure a smooth experience at the dealership.
• Attend assessment centre if required and demonstrate strong customer service.
