Job summary

Matteo in Hampton Court is hiring two Chefs de Partie to work across starters, sides and desserts. You will move between sections, running your own mise en place, ordering, and upholding the Head Chef's standards during service.

We require at least two years of Italian kitchen experience, good English, and the ability to work full-time across all seven days. Free accommodation is available for some roles as we open a new premium Italian restaurant.

Qualifications

• At least two years' proven experience in Italian kitchens.
• Confident across starters, sides and desserts.
• Able to run your own mise en place.
• Good English—you'll need to understand, be understood, and write clearly.
• Someone who works well in a team.
• Available full time, shifts across all seven days.
• The right to live and work in the UK.
