Oak View Group’s Sky Garden in London seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house teams across Sky Pod and City Garden. You will shape service quality, drive guest experiences and uphold premium standards in a landmark venue.

You'll collaborate with senior leadership, develop the team and deliver on operational targets, while maintaining exceptional guest service and a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Bar Manager in premium hospitality venues.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate and develop teams.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on management style with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
