Job summary

Tate Recruitment is seeking a polished Receptionist for a premium business centre in Mayfair or Farringdon. You will be the face of the building, delivering a five-star experience to tenants and visitors in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering calls, coordinating deliveries, and supporting admin and client onboarding. Prior experience in hospitality or concierge roles is desirable, but the right attitude and service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, luxury retail, customer service, or concierge-style roles is highly desirable.
• You do not need previous reception or front-of-house experience; the right attitude, professionalism and service mindset matter most.
