Job summary

Co-op Live in Manchester seeks a Premium Manager to lead premium hospitality operations across live entertainment events. You will drive guest experience through strong leadership, operational excellence and strict service standards.

You will collaborate with culinary, logistics and event teams, developing high-performing staff while maintaining compliance and delivering commercial results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading premium hospitality or high-volume F&B operations.
• Experience leading operational teams in stadiums, arenas, or live events.
• Experience coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial awareness with labour and cost management.
• Excellent organisation to handle multiple priorities in fast-paced settings.
• Strong communication and relationship-building at all levels.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, EPOS and workforce systems.
• Knowledge of food safety, allergen management, COSHH and licensing.
• Level 2 Food Safety qualification or equivalent.
• Personal Licence holder, or willingness to obtain one.

• Lead premium food and beverage operations across live entertainment events.
• Inspire, coach, and develop hospitality teams to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Ensure premium areas are prepared and ready for each event.
• Manage labour, stock, and operational efficiency to drive profit.

• Support recruitment, onboarding and team development.
• Ensure compliance with safety, licensing and company standards.
• Use data to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Support special events and ongoing premium hospitality success.
