Legends Global is seeking a Premium Hospitality Manager for The Mezz at AO Arena in Manchester. You will lead the restaurant or bar operation during events, delivering seamless, premium service and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure each event runs smoothly from start to finish.

This casual, event-based role offers flexible shifts, primarily evenings and weekends, and opportunities to develop within Legends Global’s live events network.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in premium, high-volume hospitality environments.
• Strong floor management and coordinating teams during events.
• Excellent guest service and relationship management.
• Ability to handle guest complaints and service recovery.
• Knowledge of licensing requirements, allergen management and safety standards.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and major event days.

Responsabilités

• Lead service delivery in restaurant or bar operation to deliver premium guest experiences.
• Be a visible leader, support teams and maintain high standards.
• Deliver pre-event briefings and manage opening/closing procedures.
• Coordinate seating plans, VIP reservations and special requests.
• Build relationships with guests and handle issues promptly.
• Ensure coordination between FOH, kitchen, bar, hosts and colleagues.
• Oversee order taking, timing, allergens, licensing, and Challenge 25.
• Maintain presentation, ambience and event readiness across guest areas.
• Complete shift reports and escalate operational issues.
• Coach teammates and lead by example; opportunities to grow with Legends Global.
