The Club Company is seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team at a prestigious golf and country club in Colchester. You will set up tables and event spaces, greet and serve guests, and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks, while maintaining bar areas and supporting front-of-house operations including barista duties.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer facing role desirable.
• Food safety certification and/or HACCP certified is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables and event spaces.
• Greet and serve guests, deliver food and drinks promptly.
• Maintain well-stocked bar areas and upsell offerings.
• Clear and clean tables, handle money procedures.
• Assist in front-of-house areas including full bar and Barista duties.
