Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer facing role desirable.
• Food safety certification and/or HACCP certified desirable.
• Excellent standard of presentation essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables and event spaces.
• Greet and serve guests.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly.
• Maintain well-stocked bar areas.
• Upsell offerings to guests.
• Clear and clean tables.
• Assist in front-of-house areas including full bar and Barista duties.
• Ensure money handling procedures are followed.
