A professional football club in Liverpool is seeking a Premium Digital Ticketing Administrator to handle ticket bookings, customer support, and matchday operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in ticket processing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage time effectively. This is a full-time permanent position requiring 35 hours per week plus matchday duties.

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Premium Digital Ticketing Administrator to join our Stadium Commercial Team and play a vital role in supporting our operations and customer-facing teams.
As Digital Ticketing Administrator you will ensure the smooth, efficient, and accurate administration of Everton’s premium ticketing and premium packages, delivering a first-class experience to supporters from purchase to matchday.
Essentially, we are looking for an individual who has previous experience within ticketing processing and distribution. To be successful in this role you must be highly motivated with the ability to stay calm and resolve matters arising creatively and productively to ensure a successful conclusion.
This position is a permanent opportunity, working 35 hours per week as well as matchdays with the closing date for this role being Wednesday 1st October 2025.
The location for this role will be between the Club’s iconic headquarters in the Royal Liver Building in Liverpool and Hill Dickinson Stadium.
