Job summary

3Search, in partnership with a growing premium private healthcare group, is hiring two Treatment Coordinators across their London practices. These roles welcome Senior Treatment Coordinators seeking a more premium environment.

You will guide patients through treatment options, explain costs and finance, and convert enquiries into treatment while delivering an exceptional patient experience. You'll manage your own pipeline, build trusted relationships with clinicians, stay on top of consultations

Qualifications

• Experience as a Treatment Coordinator in private dentistry or premium healthcare environments.
• Warm, personable and confident in building trust with patients.
• Commercially driven with comfort working toward revenue targets.
• Patient-focused with a consultative, non-pushy approach.
• Highly organised with excellent follow-up and attention to detail.
• Comfortable discussing treatment costs, finance options and payment plans.
• Motivated by targets and earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Meet patients after consultations and explain recommended treatment plans.
• Explain treatments, costs, finance options and next steps clearly.
• Manage and follow up your own pipeline of patients.
• Support patients with high-value and complex treatment plans.
• Build relationships with clinicians and translate clinical information for patients.
• Keep on top of consultations, follow-ups, and diary to avoid missed opportunities.
• Monitor revenue performance and work toward monthly targets.
• Deliver premium patient experience from initial consultation to treatment.
