Job summary

DEKRA Automotive is seeking a Customer Contact Advisor for the Porsche Experience Centre at Silverstone. You will manage inbound and outbound customer communications, coordinate bookings for experiences and events, and build relationships with customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless Porsche journey. Location: Porsche Experience Centre, Silverstone Circuit.

Salary: £26,750 per annum plus potential 10% annual bonus. 37.5 hours per week with weekend dates.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role.
• Confident communication over phone and face-to-face.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer communications via telephone, email and digital channels.
• Coordinate and administer bookings for Porsche Experience Centre programmes and events.
• Maintain customer records and respond to inquiries to ensure satisfactory outcomes.
