Job summary

Läderach is looking for a Store Manager in the United Kingdom, overseeing premium retail operations in a Bicester store. You will support and stand in for the Store Manager, leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

You will manage day-to-day operations, train and coach staff, maintain stock levels and ensure strict health and safety standards, while upholding the brand's high standards and visual guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role in premium or luxury retail store.
• Strong interaction with customers and hands-on leadership.
• Solid understanding of retail KPIs (e.g., conversion rate, ATV).
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on and solutions-focused mindset.
• Ambitious and results-driven with ability to grow team and business.
• Well-organised, detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
• Able to prioritise and delegate; flexible for weekends/evenings/holidays.
• Fluent English in written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager.
• Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Lead on the shop floor to create an outstanding in-store customer experience.
• Motivate, mentor and coach sales associates.
• Support training and onboarding of a winning team.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations.
• Ensure food safety and Health & Safety compliance.
• Place weekly and seasonal orders and maintain stock levels.
• Schedule staff to optimise service and costs.
• Oversee stockroom storage and FIFO across store and stockroom.
• Ensure brand-aligned visual merchandising.
