Job summary

Läderach (Schweiz) AG is seeking a customer-focused retail team member in the UK to provide expert assistance and sales support in our chocolate boutique. You will engage customers, recommend gifts, and maintain a pristine sales environment.

Responsibilities include handling the till, presenting products attractively, and ensuring hygiene and freshness standards while working as part of a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and passion for sales and direct customer contact.
• Ability to recognise customer needs and provide friendly, personalised advice.
• Very good German and English skills; knowledge of French and other languages is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer-oriented advice and sell products, e.g., helping customers in selecting gifts.
• Actively engage with customers, identify needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Handle cash register operations and ensure precise cash reconciliation.
• Present confectionery and chocolate range in an appealing way.
• Carry out production-related tasks and replenish and maintain sales areas.
• Maintain high quality standards with dedication and care.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and freshness concepts.
• Work closely with team and contribute to a positive working environment.
