Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli (U.K.) Limited invites you to join our Wembley store on a 0 hours casual contract. You will be part of a team delivering the Lindt service proposition, delivering excellent customer service and embodying the Lindt brand to delight shoppers.

You will support store targets, assist with deliveries, stock, replenishment and visual merchandising, and help create environments that are presentable and shoppable.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing retail experience is a plus.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends.
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve store targets.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Role: provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Delivery / Stock / replenishment Role: assist with deliveries, keep stockroom organized and shop floor stocked.
• VM / Gift Specialist Role: maintain visual merchandising standards, assist with gifting, upsell and process transactions.

• Work with team and Management to achieve set store targets. Be committed to working hours/working pattern. When in work always have a can-do attitude Reactive positively to change in pace. Have good working relationships in store and be part of the team. Comply with company Health and Safety policy and procedures, and take associated actions to ensure a safe working environment for all Support team in ensuring store always looks presentable and shoppable. Build gifting to company guidelines. Monitor Gifting levels, best sellers and react appropriately. Greet customers. Accurately processing transactions through the till Upsell and add on items as well as offering alternatives. Effectively manage queues. Support team with the Sampling of products and introducing customers to our Loyalty program Comply with company Health and Safety policy and procedures, and take associated actions to ensure a safe working environment for all
