Lindt UK is seeking a customer-focused retail team member at our Trafford Centre Store on a zero-hour contract. You will support the store team to meet retail targets, embody the Lindt service proposition, and maintain brand standards while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Ideal candidates are experienced in retail, numerate, and passionate about fashioning memorable moments for customers in a premium chocolate environment, joining a network of Lindt brand ambassadors.

Formación

• Proven experience within a retail organisation is preferable.
• Strong customer service skills and a confident, people-focused approach.
• Numerate with good analytical and IT skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the store management team to achieve the retail plan.
• Contribute to operational excellence and store financial performance.
• Deliver Lindt Service proposition and exceed customer expectations daily.
• Collaborate with the team to share knowledge and drive improvements.
• Drive sales turnover and profitability through effective execution.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and stock controls.
