Job summary

Lindt UK is seeking a customer-focused team member for our Cheshire Oaks store on a casual, zero-hours contract. You will greet customers, process transactions at the till, upsell products and guide customers to our loyalty program.

You’ll also help keep the shop floor inviting, manage stock, and support the team to deliver Lindt’s high standard of service. Ideal candidates will have a passion for retail, strong communication, and a flexible attitude to shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible to changing shift patterns and busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and process till transactions accurately.
• Upsell products and explain gifting options and loyalty program.
• Keep the store clean, stocked and presentable at all times.
• Assist with stock deliveries and shelf replenishment.
• Support management in delivering exceptional Lindt service.
