Listers Group in Cheltenham is seeking a Car Sales Executive at our Lexus Dealership to join a busy retail team. You will match customers to the right vehicle and guide them through financing and contracts to secure a smooth purchase.

You’ll build rapport with customers, pursue opportunities from calls, walk-ins and online enquiries, and aim to exceed monthly targets. A UK driving licence is required; motor trade experience is preferred but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Responsabilités

• Match customers to the right vehicle and guide financing/contracts for a smooth purchase.
• Build rapport with customers and exceed expectations through qualification.
• Maximise opportunities from prospecting, follow-up calls, in-bound enquiries, walk-ins and online leads.
• Maximise profit by achieving KPI targets for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration and add-ons.
• Adhere to FCA and data protection by collecting customer data accurately.
