Job summary

Listers Group Limited, a Toyota dealership in Cheltenham, is seeking a Car Sales Executive. You’ll help customers find the right vehicle and guide them through financing, contracts and optional add-ons to achieve total satisfaction.

Working hours are Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week and Sundays on a rota; benefits include a company car, pension, wellness programme, and staff discounts. Training provided for all successful applicants.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to achieve and exceed targets.
• Ability to quickly establish and build rapport with customers.
• Role requires valid UK driving licence.
• Potential to forge a successful career in the motor retail industry.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and exceed customer expectations through qualification and first impressions.
• Maximise opportunities via prospecting, follow-up calls, walk-in prospects and inquiries.
• Maximise monthly KPI performance for unit sales, finance penetration and add-on products.
• Adhere to FCA rules and data protection by collecting customer and vehicle data.
