ACS Automotive in King's Lynn is recruiting a Car Sales Executive to join a franchised dealership, selling new and used cars. You will manage enquiries from first contact through test drive, purchase and handover.

The role requires experience in car sales and a proactive approach to customer interactions. You’ll work 41.5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday with a weekday off, and you must hold a full UK driving licence.

Competenze

• Previous experience selling cars within a car dealership is essential.
• Proactive approach to managing enquiries and following up with customers.
• Confidence discussing vehicle features and purchase options with customers.
• Full UK driving licence.

Mansioni

• Responding to showroom, phone and online enquiries and following up to book appointments.
• Understanding what customers need and helping them choose the right car.
• Arranging test drives and discussing vehicle features and purchase options.
• Managing orders, paperwork and handovers, keeping customers updated along the way.
• Working towards sales targets while delivering a high standard of customer service.
