Marshall Audi Coulsdon is seeking a driven Car Sales Executive to join our premium showroom team. You will guide customers through the car-buying journey, from initial enquiry to handover, and benefit from uncapped earnings with a strong OTE and a company car.

With 40 hours per week across Monday to Saturday, you will receive tailored training, career development, and a supportive environment from one of the UK's leading motor retail groups.

Formación

• Previous sales experience in automotive or fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
• Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport in a target-driven setting.
• Passionate about delivering great outcomes and proud to represent a trusted brand.

• Guide customers through every stage of the car-buying journey, from enquiry to handover.
• Build lasting relationships, understand customer needs, and help find the right solution, including options across new/used vehicles and finance/insurance.
