Job summary

Pan Pacific London is seeking a passionate Bartender for the Ginger Lily Lounge & Bar to deliver exceptional, personalised guest experiences. You will act as an ambassador for the hotel, taking orders, making recommendations, and ensuring a memorable visit for every guest.

You will work closely with other bar staff and hospitality teams to maintain high service standards while showcasing your knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails and the beverage menu.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take drink orders and recommend based on guest preferences.

• Demonstrate signature cocktail skills and knowledge of the beverage menu.
• Collaborate with bar, servers, and kitchen to ensure smooth service.
• Coordinate orders with colleagues for efficient workflow.
