Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is launching The WestDill Mayfair Colbert Collection in London and seeks a talented Bartender to deliver exceptional guest experiences at the bar, with strong knowledge of cocktails, wines and premium beverages. You will build genuine guest relationships, maintain impeccable standards, and collaborate with the Bar Manager and F&B team to ensure a seamless guest journey.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Bartender in luxury hotel or premium bar.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and premium beverage service.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and luxury hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service at the bar.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wines and other beverages to high standards.
• Build guest relationships and make recommendations based on preferences.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, organization and professionalism.
• Support upselling opportunities through beverage recommendations and expertise.
• Work with Bar Manager and F&B team to deliver a seamless guest journey.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health & safety regulations.
