Responsibilities

• Direct the bar team to ensure seamless service and a warm atmosphere.
• Develop and maintain a cocktail and spirits programme aligned with luxury trends.
• Ensure beverages are prepared and presented to high standards.
• Train and mentor bartenders and barbacks to foster excellence.
• Evaluate guest feedback and implement improvements to elevate experience.
• Maintain compliance with licensing, health & safety, and policies.
• Represent The Residence as ambassador of style and guest-centric ethos.
