Job summary

Pan Pacific London is seeking a passionate Bartender for the Ginger Lily Lounge & Bar to deliver exceptional, personalised guest experiences. You will act as an ambassador for the hotel, taking orders, making recommendations, and ensuring a memorable visit for every guest.

You will work closely with other bar staff and hospitality teams to maintain high service standards while showcasing your knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails and the beverage menu.

• Collaborate with bar, servers, and kitchen to ensure smooth service.

JOB SUMMARY

As a Bartender in Ginger Lily Lounge & Bar team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, personalised guest experiences. As a true ambassador of Pan Pacific London, you will ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Engage with guests, create a positive atmosphere, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Demonstrate expertise in creating signature cocktails and following established recipes.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of the beverage menu, including wines, spirits, and cocktails
• Work closely with other bar staff, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate orders and maintain a smooth workflow.
